We provide you with x3 bids for all work over 5% of the project budget.  You pick the bid!

In order stay focused, we prefer to be working on 2-3 projects per year only, depending on their size. Unfortunately, This means we can't help everyone with their dream!

STEP 1:  FREE

STEP 2: FREE

Schedule a site or in-person meeting to establish a project scope. Includes review of current vision, highest and best use, hurdles, permits required etc


STEP 3: $1,500

High level project design & definition. Presentation with supporting concepts, full scope, critical path outline and general budget


Step 4: 22% of Cost

Agreement for services signed. 


Deposit: 

20% of estimated gross project fee


Payment Schedule: 

22% Per Invoice, Real Time


*Possible Private Money Construction Financing  Available For Qualified Projects
